Summer 2025 Activities

The residents have been having lots of fun this summer doing crafts like creating flowers out of plastic spoons, making purses out of cardstock, mixing salt in their paint to make salt painted glass bottles, and making sand art tea light candles. The residence planted flowers in flowerpots and enjoying their favorite games. The residents are having fun with food by making tacos in a bag and exploring the wonderful world of chocolate, where they learned all about chocolate, who invented it, how it is made, and they participated in a chocolate taste test of all the different kinds of chocolates, and they even made their own flavors. Now that summer is slowly leaving us, we are focusing on what’s ahead of us as we fall into autumn.
