We all have a lot going on during the week, so it’s nice to have some super easy recipes lined up that you can make in a pinch. Egg salad is one of those classic easy recipes that people have been making for decades, but this twist on the classic spices things up a bit using Frank’s RedHot and old bay seasoning. We think you’ll welcome the new additions to the recipe and keep coming back for more… our residents sure do!
1. Peel the hard boiled eggs and dice each into small pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
4. Serve on your favorite bread with the garnishes of your choice.
